The Visitors’ Centre can be reached from the Iseo entrance. Park at the sports field, cross the state road and pass the entrance barrier. The ticket dispenser and various information panels are located a little further on. The Visitors’ Centre is located a few dozen metres along the tree-lined avenue.

The Visitors’ Centre is used for events organised by the Reserve or, upon request, for guided tours and workshops organised by authorised guides. Use of the Centre for guided groups costs €30.

The following are located near the Centre:

• ‘Nature’s Calendar’ educational board explaining the movements of birds at the peat bogs throughout the seasons.
• Wild bee hotels and wild meadows to encourage the flowering of wild herbs for pollinators.
• Sensory path, undergoing development: a ‘passageway’ to walk barefoot over different types of ground.
